Private prayer

You can pray anywhere inside or outside. Our complete attention should be focused upon the Lord. Paul tells us we should pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17). Constant praying means that we should pray in our hearts at all times. In Matthew 6:6 Jesus said, “But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut the door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.” This means that the believer should not make a show of their prayer nor of the answer they receive in a way that can draw unnecessary attention to yourself.
